Why nice guys finish last?
- Nice guys make you feel guilty because he is forever accommodating to your requests.
- There is a sense of accomplishment when you tame a wild guy.
- Nice guys are always nice. They are probably nice to every girl. You are probably just one of the other girls he is nice to. You just don’t feel special.
- More often than not, they don’t seem to have a stand. They just sway with the direction of wind. They just appear to not have a mind of their own, which is annoying.
- Guys are attracted by the things that they see, but girls are won over by the things they hear. Nice guys are not equipped with the ability to lie. Sometimes, they will say things that aren’t what you want to hear at that point of time.
- Dark traits are attractive. Mysterious guys entice you to explore them. Dangerous guys promise adventures. They are just generally more fun to date.
- Most girls generally prefer to be manipulated and dominated by guys.
- The media glamorized the whole idea of dating a ‘bad’ boy. Everybody just wanna be part of the ‘in’ club, so nice guys are saved for the last.
But there’s really nothing wrong with being last. Nice guys finish last in terms of quantity of relationships. However, nice guys will be the last relationship that girls hold on to because…
- They provide stability.
- That day will come when you are no longer looking for fun and excitement but just someone to be a peaceful companion for life.
- They are generally more ‘homey’, and are likely to become a family man which is better for your offspring.
- You will eventually be sick of bad boys, who leave you a broken heart time after time. You are tired of deception and empty promises.
- You become selfish. You are secretly glad you snagged the last nice guy. Screw the feeling of guilt, you will probably make it up to him.
- You grow smarter with age. You know there is no point in investing your time and love on an investment which doesn’t reap much returns. Nice guys are like blue chips. Hold on to them for a long time, and you probably make a sweep. Haha.
- Because every girl is charmed by a gentleman.
Actually I think there is no particular type a girl likes. If she likes, she likes. If she doesn’t like means she doesn’t like. Matters of the heart are that straight-forward. Hahaha. Plus I really think there is no clear cut line between nice guy and bad boy. I think most guys have spilt personality with their character oscillating between Jekyll and Hyde. Just that some portray the nice side more until they unleash their bitchy side. Haha. So I decided, I want a nice guy by the day, bad boy in the night. Haha, that’s like a guy saying I want a princess by the day, and a porn star by the night.
